I'm a teacher and tutor for 1st–6th graders at my learning center in Leonia, NJ. My expertise is teaching kids writing and technology — I believe these two skills are interconnected and essential for the future, so I've developed four unique courses that grow both together. Story Studio

Your child writes their own story — then brings it to life as a real animated short.

12 sessions · 1.5 hours

In twelve sessions your child writes their own story, designs and animates the characters, and finishes with a real animated short they post to YouTube — the way we made Leo's Big Roar. Story writing and technology, grown together.

the leap

Math Leap

A jump from wherever your child is today — to exactly where they need to be.

12 sessions · 1.5 hours

Fun, clear, and effective — arithmetic, pre-algebra, geometry, and the conceptual why that makes it all finally click. Whether they need a stronger foundation or they're ready to accelerate, we meet them where they are.

What they learn —

There's no fixed checklist. We meet your child wherever they are and take them where they need to go — arithmetic, multiplication & division, fractions & decimals, pre-algebra, geometry, the conceptual reasoning behind it, and real confidence with numbers. That's the leap.

As a third-grader, Aiden didn't fully know his multiplication yet — and so, his division. The building blocks just weren't solid yet, and that quietly held everything else back.

Writer's Workshop

The backbone of all writing — learning to write a truly great paragraph.

12 sessions · 1.5 hours

In eight years of teaching I've mastered taking kids from strong sentences → strong paragraphs → strong essays. We cover the mechanics — grammar, spelling, vocabulary — and the thinking: debate, persuasion & critical analysis.

Robo Rookies

Kids become engineers — and build their own working robot from scratch.

12 sessions · 1.5 hours

A hands-on course where kids meet a wide variety of robots to learn the range and the parts — then, depending on their level, build their own moving, fully-functioning robot from scratch with a Raspberry Pi. They don't just play with technology; they learn how it actually works.
